There are many financial advisors in the world. Each of them will offer you their own strategy for improving your money habits: perhaps they will suggest ways to cut costs or ways to invest money that you would not otherwise use. This advice undoubtedly helps the people to whom it is directed, but what happens if the financial problems are corrected and the client no longer uses this service provided by the consultants?
Judging from the experience of financial advisor Fairien Azim, they just come back a few years later with a similar struggle, and the process starts again. This is why Azim began to focus her business not on consulting, but on teaching money.
Fairienne Azim entered the financial world at an early age. At the age of twenty, she began working in a large banking organization, having worked for them for up to twenty-five years, and decided to open her first business. It was a mortgage brokerage company.
Two years after its founding, she attracted a husband and, raising a family, continued to follow this path until 13 years had passed. After that, Azim decided that she wanted to change her life. She settled on her next journey: financial counseling.
Her second business was to attract clients who wanted to improve their financial situation and find strategies and ways to achieve this. This company has worked for 12 years. During this time, Azim became a veteran of the financial consulting industry. She has seen thousands of clients learn about their behavior in relation to money.
She advised them, but knew that she was not addressing the root causes of their problems: for her, she was fishing for them, when first of all she should have taught them how to fish.
Because of this, Azim has added money coaching to her business platform. She wanted to help people invest not only in monetary IQ, but also in EQ, in order to teach people skills that will help them long after they turn to her for help. She wants to make sure that all the blocks and fears that prohibit people with their money are erased.
This is something she was working on at the same time as a financial advisor to her company and quickly discovered that money coaching was something she liked best and found more rewarding. At the time, she was just coaching women, but she came to the conclusion that there are many different demographic groups with different variations of financial problems. She wanted to occupy as many niches as possible, but knew that she could not cope alone.
This is how the Money Coaching Academy began. Their mission since its inception has been to spread financial literacy to all corners of the world and train qualified financial trainers to help her with this. Previously, she only worked with women, but now Azim trains coaches to work with their specific niches.
They can be divorced men, divorced women, students; any kind of person who needs financial coaching in their own way. Azim assures that those she teaches can go and help. The curriculum teaches business concepts, coaching techniques, and financial fundamentals, helping people build successful businesses.
The Money Coaching Academy offers certifications at the end of their curriculum. With one of these, you will be ready to go beyond traditional financial advice anywhere in the world. Fairien Azeem’s vision has always been to help people in the long run, and with The Money Coaching Academy, that vision is brought to life.
