Let’s have a short interview with our young heroine.
Hello Bahare, tell us a little about yourself?
Hello, my name is Bahare Salekhniya, I am a photographer, educated in civil engineering.
After graduating from university, I was confused between choosing a college direction and my true interest, which was photography, then I decided to follow my dream and study what I like, and I thought it would bring me a future.
So I started to study and take part in some courses in the portrait workshop of Peter Coulson and gradually developed myself in this.
Well, when did you decide to communicate with people on social networks and what was the motivation for this?
I started my activity in 2017, at first I just posted my photos and shared them, but then I decided to teach how to take pictures using mobile phones, not cameras, because our camera is not always near us as long as there is a phone, and, My main reason was that I found that the photos of my friend and others have only some small flaws that can be easily corrected by just knowing a little photography technique, I started out and made the hashtag # باهم_عکاس_بشیم which meant let’s be a photographer together … …
What does your Instagram activity mean to you? Is it serious or just for your joy?
This is definitely serious, and actually this is my job and career, but since I really love it, so it’s fun too.
What kind of content do you share on your Instagram page?
I share a couple of topics: how to take good pictures, how to edit them, and how to pose in a simple and creative way.
I also enjoy helping people build confidence and motivate those who don’t believe in themselves to feel more positive about their work.
What is your key to success? What about your popularity?
From my point of view, maybe it’s because I’m on my own, and I don’t claim anything, and I really care about the time of my subscribers, so I try to make generalized, quick and short content for them.
But overall, I believe that success is a mixture of persistent effort, passion, patience, and a little talent.
Thank you, what are your last words to people who follow you and want to succeed?
I recommend respecting your fans, loving them, being their friends, avoiding repeating themes, and having clear goals.
