During an interview for the Making Bank podcast, Christie shares her best inspirational advice on how to create your own reality and cultivate a mindset of abundance. Her latest book, The Desire Factor: How to Embrace Your Materialistic Nature and Regain Your Full Spiritual Power, is full of Christie’s wisdom about the most important laws of the universe and how to truly create a desired reality.
Lack versus abundance
The first obstacle to gaining power and creating your reality is to switch your thinking from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. Christie asks podcast listeners to imagine scarcity and abundance at the ends of the spectrum, where satisfaction is the “tipping point” in the middle.
A person with a lack of mentality will focus on what he “does not have”, what he “cannot” do and what is “lacking” in his life. On the other hand, a person with an abundance mindset focuses on all the good things in their life: everything they have, everything they have to do, and everything that already brings joy and satisfaction into their life.
Typically, Christie says, “Absence is always bad, and abundance is always nice.” You will know how good you are by the words you use, the thoughts you pay attention to, and how you feel throughout the day.
Everything is energy
The next big leap towards realizing that you are capable of creating and embodying your desires is learning to view everything as energy. Everything in the universe carries a unique vibration that is transmitted to the universe. Christie says, “We are energy receivers as well as energy transmitters.” We can deliberately attract people, experiences, opportunities, and things into our lives simply by the vibration we transmit.
Christie explains that we can transmit energy in many different ways: thoughts, words, points of view, beliefs, emotions, actions, etc. The way you behave and experience your life, right down to every thought and emotion, determines what you are actively creating in your life. reality. You either do it on purpose and decide to manifest your desires; or your thoughts, words and actions are on autopilot and the reality you create is the product of those autopilot transmissions.
Watch your words
You may need to adjust the autopilot system to make your wishes come true. Words and thoughts play a huge role in attracting your ideal reality; Do you pay attention to how you talk to yourself? If you find yourself saying “I can’t”, “I have not” or “I miss” very often, try to replace these phrases with “I will”, “I am grateful for” and “I am looking forward to” …
For more tips, Christie has a free 30-day online video program called Watch Your Words that she created to help you teach you the words and phrases you need to free (and replace) your vocabulary to transform from a lack of mentality to a rich mentality.
The hidden beauty of polarity
We live in a world full of contrasts: there is up and down, left and right, darkness and light. There will always be some polarity and everything has the opposite. Christie reminds listeners that beauty, on the other hand, lies in knowing that if there is something you don’t want in your life, the opposite of that experience is not only possible, but already exists. She says that if we can move from lack to abundance, then the fulfillment of our desire, whatever it may be, “not only a possibility, it is inevitable.”
